Payment FAQ
Auto-record vs on-demand: what's the difference?
- Auto-record (watchlist)
- Add a creator once. Every future live they do gets recorded automatically. The plan number (2, 25, 100) is how many creators you can track.
- On-demand (/rec username)
- One-shot recording for any creator outside your watchlist. The 1, 10, or 25 number is how many manual recordings can run at the same time on your plan. Watchlist auto-records use a separate pool and don't count.
How long can each recording be?
Free delivers the first 60 minutes of each recording. Basic and Pro have no fixed recording-length cap, so they receive the complete captured live when the source and delivery platform remain available.
How many public archive recordings can I open?
Free can unlock 5 public archive recordings per rolling 24 hours. Basic and Pro can unlock 100. Recordings captured for your own watchlist do not use this allowance.
Are these numbers daily or monthly limits?
No. Both numbers are caps on what runs at the same time, not per-period quotas. You can use the same manual /rec capacity 100 times in a day - it just can't all be running at once. Capacity frees the moment a recording ends.
How does Pay with card work?
Choose a plan in the Telegram bot, then complete payment in Stripe's secure checkout. Use /cancel to update your card, view invoices, or cancel renewal.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Cancel the current plan, then start the new one. Refunds for the unused period: email support.
Refunds?
Contact support within 14 days to request a refund for a card purchase.
